TeleHealth Visit

Due to the COVID-19 virus outbreak, many communities have been ordered to stay home to slow down the spread of this virus. We are now offering video and telephone TeleHealth visits that allow you to stay safe at home while seeing your physician.

What Do You Need To Perform A TeleHealth Visit To perform a video TeleHealth call you will need an iPhone or Android smartphone. All modern iPhone and Androids will work fine. No applications need to be installed and when the visit is over nothing will remain on your device.

How It Works A text message will be sent to you on the day of your appointment which contains a link to our TeleHealth system. If prompted to allow access to your Camera and Microphone, click “Allow”. Simply enter your full name, check the box to accept the terms and click the “Start Session” button. This will place you in your physician’s waiting room. When the physician is available he will start the visit

How Should I Prepare For My Visit Before your TeleHealth visit starts, one of our Medical Assistants will call you to answer any questions and prepare you for the TeleHealth visit. You should have all of your medications with you and available to show the clinical staff. You can weigh yourself before the visit and if you have a blood pressure cuff, please have it available also.
